Home Learning Plan

A customized home-learning plan created through a one-time, 60-minute session. Follow ups can be scheduled to check in and adjust accordingly. Plans are tailored to your child’s strengths and needs, carrying over goals from school into everyday routines. Includes direct communication with your child’s school to ensure consistency and collaboration. A Home Learning Plan may be completed as a single service, but regular follow-ups lead to the best outcomes. Fees vary depending on session frequency. Sessions are available virtually or in person.
